Dr. Kuiljeit Uppaal is the First Image Scientist in the World and has brought immense honour to India. She is an Asia Book of Records, World Records India, Bharat Book of World Records and India Book of Records holder for being the First Image Scientist in the World. That apart, she has accomplished several distinguished and exceptional achievements in multiple fields and disciplines with distinction.

Dr. Kuiljeit Uppaal has been bestowed with the esteemed Inspirational Polymath Award being an Image Scientist, Aviator, Educationist, Entrepreneur, Author and Creative Director amongst other hats that she wears. She has been honoured at the prestigious World Education Awards 2018 with Inspirational Educator Award for Innovation. She has been conferred with the revered honour of NATIONAL ICON AWARD & The Pride of Maharashtra. She is also the ALL India Chairperson for Image Management for the world’s largest women international organization, and committed towards women empowerment and leadership at all levels, women’s wellness, wealth and welfare.

Armed with a PhD in Image Management, three Masters Degrees in diverse areas and several other contrasting certifications to her credit, she has nearly three decades of work experience exploring a diverse career path in Aviation, Education, Image Management, Information Technology, Advertising and Media. She is a Subject Matter Expert in Persona and Image Management, Strategic Corporate Soft Skills, Psychometrics, NLP, Personality Development, Aviation and Customer Service and has trained several organizations at various levels.

Dr. Kuiljeit Uppaal has been felicitated with many prestigious awards and accolades. She has been bestowed with the Karmaveer Chakra Award instituted by the UNITED NATIONS & iCONGO, National Award for Innovative Concept 2018, Naari Udyamita Puraskar 2018 by the MSME Ministry and WES, Exceptional Woman of Excellence at Global Women Economic Forum 2018 and Global Iconic Woman Leader Creating a Better World Award at WEF 2016. She was also awarded the Inorbit Woman Achiever Award of Inspiration 2016 for inspiring and making a positive difference to women and the youth of the nation. She has been awarded the Crest of Honour Pride 2013 by BVU and IMED for invaluable contribution to the Indian economy. She has also been awarded Women Achiever Award 2012 for enterprise and remarkable performance in the world of education, by the JSPM Group of Institutes.

She was the Chairperson of the Board of Studies of KSOU for Management and Aviation programs, as well as on the BoS of VMU and MGU for Aviation, Hospitality, Travel and Tourism courses. Being an aviator and an active member of the Indian Women Pilots Association, she has aspired to bring quality education in the field of aviation. As Chairperson on the BoS of KSOU she was instrumental in the introduction of BBA and MBA in Aviation in the country.

Dr. Kuiljeit has scientifically devised innovative concepts like PRIM, D-PRIM and her invention PIQ, the world’s first ever Persona and Image Quotient. Adept in planning and strategizing for academic programs, she has also created unique training and curriculum methodologies, for which she was felicitated with Awards for Excellence and Quality. She has contributed to the creation of a few hundred educational books in Aviation, IT, Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Personality Development, Customer Service and English. She has written research papers and book chapters in Scopus indexed reputed international journals and publications like Springer. Breakthrough, her motivational book on growth mind sets for professionals and aspirants is an Amazon Bestseller. As a Master Trainer and T3 Expert she has trained and certified many academic heads and trainers in organizations.

She represented India as Youth Ambassador to Canada on a development programme, and was selected to represent India at the International South-East Asian Convention celebrating Year of the Girl Child. She was nominated for Duke of Edinburgh Award for Social Service. She was also nominated for AWWA Excellence Award for major contribution in the enhancement of Army Soldier’s wives in the context of making them self reliant.

Dr. Kuiljeit happily bid farewell to her corporate employee label at the zenith of her career, because she had a calling to make a positive difference to the image of the youth and women of India. Her dream crystallized into reality with her dynamic mission, PRIM Worldwide : Mission Possible, wherein she has trained thousands of youth and women as part of her ongoing mission. She aims to reach every possible individual, especially economically challenged girls and make a difference to their lives. This, in her words is her duty to do something for her beloved country that made her whatever she is today; and later, advance beyond geographical boundaries to the youth and women of the world. She has also made a positive difference to hundreds of women from all walks of life across India in building their self worth, image and confidence.
